He has a strong track record of improving the financial structure and performance of businesses, principally focussing on generating sustainable profitability. A Chartered Accountant, Alastair now specialises in acting as Finance Director for a number of companies, from start-ups who require his business planning expertise to more established companies wanting to elevate their business to the next level.

Philip is a Chartered Accountant with experience working as a Finance Director for small and medium size companies in the technology, media and retail sectors. Currently acting as part time FD for key clients and advising on business growth, planning, funding and maximising returns for shareholders. A disciplined professional with a practical approach to business, good network, knowledge base and commitment to deliver value for clients to help them achieve their business goals.

Stephen Carter
Stephen Carter
Stephen gained a Mechanical Engineering degree at Bristol before switching to accountancy.  He qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Ernst & Young in London before leaving for industry.  He has 25 years’ experience at FD level in the aviation, automotive, hire, IT and consultancy sectors.  Stephen has been a part time FD for over 15 years and is currently assisting a range of businesses from £500K to £60M turnover.  He has had considerable M&A experience and has raised substantial amounts of funding from banks (including ABL syndicates), venture capital and private equity companies.  He also specialised in cost effective IT systems for small businesses and international trade.

Martin Walby

Martin is a Chartered Global Management Accountant who focused his early career working in the UK and overseas with a number of listed larger corporate enterprises at progressively senior finance roles up to finance director level. Specialisation initially gained in the manufacturing and retail sectors; including consumer healthcare, electrical and food & drink leisure businesses. In the last seven years he has assisted SME’s in achieving increased profitability and enhanced cash flow management through continuous improvement of systems, controls and business processes, expanding his sector experience into electronic security technology, publishing, fashion and fitness leisure.
Peter Little

Peter is a qualified Chartered Accountant and experienced finance director. Having spent many years as finance director of various SME’s in the challenging construction, manufacturing and waste management sectors, using skills to stabilise, refinance and grow businesses, Peter’s goal is to help busy CEO’s and MD’s free up their time to grown their business, while he takes on the management of the finance function. He provides insightful input to the business strategy and acts as a highly valuable ‘sounding board’.

A very experienced commercially minded Chartered Accountant with industry experience in Integrated Marketing Services, Technology, Telecommunications and exploitation of new software development. More recently Peter has been involved with companies in the “cleantech” sector.
Has proven experience in Corporate Startups, Turnarounds, dealing with rapid growth and preparation of companies either for sale or to raise further investment, with wide ranging experience of working with Business Angels and VCs.
